"I have developed a programme to sculpt, shape and develop Arjun's physique into something truly impressive. I call this plan, RAW28. We have used this plan in recent weeks to ?shock' the body, to produce a new stimulus and force the body to adapt," Arthur told IANS.

"RAW28 is the complete mixture of strength, endurance, and functional training to ensure the body is always guessing what's next, and that's the key to adaptation," he added.
