Bacon Wrapped Stuffed Dates Recipe

Popularly known as 'Devils on horseback', these are traditional snacks prepared during the Christmas feast. Dates stuffed with cream, chives, wrapped in bacon and baked to perfection.
Ingredients of Bacon Wrapped Stuffed Dates
- Olive oil
- 5-6 dates (de-seeded)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup cream cheese
How to Make Bacon Wrapped Stuffed Dates
- In a bowl, add cream cheese, chives, salt and pepper. Whisk them well.
- Add the cream into the piping bag.
- Take the dates and add cream cheese to it. Roll the date with the bacon and wrap it.
- Place the dates on a plate with some olive oil. Cook the dates in the oven for 6-7 minutes at 170-180 degrees.
