In a pressure cooker add keema, water, javitri, cinnamon, cloves, brown cardamom, green cardamom, black peppercorns, channa dal, salt, bay leaves, red chili powder.Key Ingredients: keema
Boil it for 3 whistles. Now add onions, green chilli. Mix it well.
Make round shaped medium sized patties.
In a pan add oil. Shallow fry the kebabs from both sides till a brown crust is achieved.
Serve with onion rings and green chutney.
