- 2 cups wheat flour
- 1 Tbsp kasuri methi
- 1 cup water
- 1 tsp. olive oil
- 1 avocado
- 200 gms Mozzarella cheese
- 1 Tbsp pizza seasoning
- 1 Tbsp ghee
How to Make Cheese and Avocado Parantha (My Yellow Table)
- Add together wheat flour, kasuri methi, water, salt, olive oil and work in a dough.
- Make small balls.
- Stuff them with avocado, mozzarella cheese, pizza seasoning & salt.
- Make parathas & fry with ghee
