Chocolate Tofu Tart

  • Tart made with biscuit crumbs, layered with a mixture of chocolate, coconut milk and tofu. Refrigerated over night and topped with sliced fruits before serving. Yum!


  • 3 cups of  biscuit crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 4 Tbsp coconut oil
  • 250 gms tofu
  • 1 Tbsp cocoa powder
  • 50 gms brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
  • 100 ml coconut milk
  • 100 gms dark chocolate
  • Oranges
  • Apples
  • Strawberries
  • Melon


  1. In a food processor add biscuit crumbs, butter, coconut oil and blend.
  2. Spread evenly the moist biscuit mix into a tart tin and refrigerate.
  3. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler.
  4. Take tofu, cocoa powder, brown sugar, vanilla essence, coconut milk, coconut oil, melted chocolate and blend it together until smooth.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly into the tart tin.
  6. Refrigerate for 6 hours to overnight.
  7. To Serve: Layer the tart with chilled sliced fruits and serve.
