How to Make Pithi Parantha (My Yellow Table)
1.Knead a dough of wheat flour with ghee, salt & water.
2.Boil soaked moong dal in a pan with some salt & turmeric powder .
3.Strain it after one boil.
4.Heat oil in the same pan.
5.Add heeng & sauté pounded jeera, saunf, pepper corns, coriander seeds, chopped ginger, and chillies.
6.Now add moong dal to it.
7.Add salt and garam masala to it.
8.Make dough balls, stuff it with moong dal mixture & roll out gently.
9.Fry it in desi ghee
