Peel the bittergourd,
Don't throw peeled skin - keep it aside putting salt in it.
Put salt in bittergourd also and keep it aside for 10 minutes.
Grate the raw mango, fry it with all the masala powder and the upper peel of bittergourd.
Take it out. Fill the filling inside the bittergourd and fry it in oil on untill it's cooked.
