This refreshing salad is also called as 'Yum Mamuang'. With the crunchiness of peanuts and freshness of mint, this Thai salad is served on a bed of lettuce.
Ingredients of Thai Mango Salad
- 200 gms raw mango, peeled and grated
- 30 gms onion, sliced
- 5 gms chopped red chilli
- 30 gms mint
- 50 gms lettuce
- 15 gms peanuts, roasted
- 15 gms palm sugar
- 10 ml light soya sauce
How to Make Thai Mango Salad
- Toss mint, red chilli, palm sugar and light soya sauce with the raw mangoes and onions.
- Top it with roasted peanuts and serve it on a bed of lettuce.
