    Cayenne Pepper:

Cayenne Pepper is known to increase the body's temperature and increases blood flow to the skin. That's why you look flushed after having a cayenne-spiced meal! It is known to boost metabolism due to the high amounts of capsaicin in it.

Quick tip: Cayenne is not the same as Red Chilli powder. Having too much of either could cause excessive sweating leading to a drop in the body's temperature. You want to avoid that in winters!
