Hystrix Highball: "Kaffir lime" is native to tropical countries in South and South East Asia. This cocktail is made with kaffir lime plants at our ‘soulful sanctuary’. Freshly foraged leaves, perfectly balance with the sharp tartness of lime & lemon. With a sweet spot of honey, magic velvet for a silky mouthfeel, with a body of Vanilla rum (made in-house with sous vide method) Finished with ginger beer to give it an Earthy Flavor.

- 60 ml Vanilla pod sous- vide rum
- Splash Ginger beer

Shaken & Reverse Dry Shaken, Double Strained.
