Ingredients of Kesri singhara soup (water chestnut)
- 250 gms Singhade (water chestnut), boiled and peeled
- to taste Black pepper powder
- to taste Salt (Sendha Namak)
- 100 ml Fresh Cream
- 1 or 2 pinch Saffron
How to Make Kesri singhara soup (water chestnut)

Boil Water Chestnut in pan with water for at least half an hr.

Once done take the water chestnuts out and peel off the black skin. Keep the seeds aside. Chop them into half.

Now, Put water chest nut into a blender along with water to form a smooth paste.

Transfer the blended paste to a saucepan, add cream and saffron to adjust the consistency and color, season well with salt and black pepper and boil for 5 mins.

Before serving, sprinkle some pepper powder and saffron and serve
