Ingredients of Lamb Sambousek
- 500 gms Minced Lamb Meat
- 100 gram Onion
- 20 gram Parsley
- 15 gram Celery
- 15 gram Pine Nuts
- 30 gram Garlic
- 0.5 gram Cumin Powder
- 10 gram Cinnamon Powder
- 2 nos Bay Leaf
- to taste Salt
- 300 gram Refined Flour (For Dough)
- 100 ml Water (For Dough
- 50 ml Olive Oil (For Dough)
- 10 gram Yeast (For Dough)
- to taste Salt (For Dough)
How to Make Lamb Sambousek
1.
Mix the flour and salt in a bowl add the oil and water and continue to mix.

Divide the dough into small equal balls. Roll out onto a smooth floured surface and cut into circles of about 1/2 cm thick.

Cook the minced lamb meat in a pan over medium heat until brown, break down chunks of meat with a wooden spoon and drain off any excess fat.

Add the onion, oil, spices, salt and cinnamon powder and stir continuously for 5 minutes.

Remove from heat and cool aside.

Then stuff the meat inside the sheet and fold like a half moon.
7.
Deep fry at 175 degree Celsius.
