One of the easiest ways to please those who love sweets. Here's an Indian delight studded with flavours of lemon and coconut.

Ingredients of Lemon and Coconut Barfi (My Yellow Table)

  • 1 Kg burfi
  • 50 gms dried apricots
  • 50 gms dried berries
  • 1 Tbsp coconut powder
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 Tbsp sugar
  • 100 gms Mascarpone Cheese
  • 50 gms dry fruits
  • 50 gms walnuts

How to Make Lemon and Coconut Barfi (My Yellow Table)

1.Smash burfi.
2.Take a bowl and add chopped, dried apricots, berries, lemon rind and coconut powder.
3.Add burfi to this.
4.Bake at 180 degree Celsius for about 12 minutes.
5.Squeeze a lemon and mix with sugar.Further add Mascarpone cheese.Garnish baked burfi with Mascarpone cheese, dry fruits and walnuts
