Ingredients of Multigrain Broccoli Parantha With Curd And Onion Chilli Relish

  • 150 Gram Multi grain flour
  • 40 gram Oat flour
  • 35 gram Quinoa flour
  • 30 ml Oil
  • 60 ml Water
  • 60 ml Milk
  • to taste Salt
  • 250 gram Grated broccoli
  • 100 gram Boiled potatoes
  • 1 tsp Chopped green chillies
  • 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp Roasted cumin powder
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala
  • 2 tbsp Chopped coriander leaves
  • 1/4 tsp Carrom seeds
  • For Onion Chilli Relish
  • 1 large Thinly sliced onion
  • 1 Green chilli sliced
  • 1 tsp Lime juice
  • to taste Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Chaat masala

How to Make Multigrain Broccoli Parantha With Curd And Onion Chilli Relish

In a big bowl, take multi grain flour, add oat flour, quinoa flour, oil and mix well. Then add water and milk and knead well to a soft dough. Keep it aside for 20 minutes.

Meanwhile grate broccoli and add boiled mashed potatoes to it. Add chopped green chillies, ginger garlic paste, roasted cumin powder, salt to taste, garam masala, chopped coriander leaves and carrom seeds. Mix well.

Now divide the dough into 6 and stuff it with the prepared stuffing and seal it properly.

Roll it into 7 inches and cook on a griddle. Apply butter on both side and cook till nice brown on both side.

To make chilli onion relish, take sliced onions & add lime juice, sliced green chillies, salt, chat masala & mix well.

Serve hot with curd, pickle and chilli onion relish.
