This healthy beetroot dahi sandwich is a simple & wholesome recipe that mixes the earthy flavour of beetroot with curd & spices. It is tasty, filling, and packed with nutrition.

Take one beetroot, peel it, wash it thoroughly, and grate it finely. If raw beetroot is not your thing, you can lightly cook it in a pan for 2-3 mins.

Hung curd makes this sandwich creamy without being watery. To make it, take a cup of plain curd & tie it in a clean muslin cloth. Let it hang in your kitchen.

In a mixing bowl, add the grated beetroot, hung curd, chopped onion, green chilli, black pepper, and salt to taste. Mix well and keep it aside.

Grab two bread slices and spread the beetroot-curd mixture evenly on one slice. Place another slice on top to make a proper sandwich.
