Craving for a spicy paneer roll? This street-style favourite is all about marinated paneer cubes, sizzling in a pan, stuffed into parathas. And the best part? You can whip it up in just 15 minutes!

Grab a bowl and mix curd, spices, and ginger-garlic paste. Toss in the paneer cubes and coat them well. Let it chill in the fridge for about 8-10 minutes.

Mix sliced onions with red chilli powder, lime juice, and salt. Set it aside - this little mix is a game-changer.

Heat some oil in a pan, throw in onions and peppers, and give them a good saute. Now, add the marinated paneer and let it cook until golden brown.

Cook a fresh roti or paratha with a little oil. Spread a thin layer of egg mixture on top and let it cook for a bit.

Now for the magic-spread pudina chutney on the paratha, add the paneer filling, and top it with pickled onions. Sprinkle some chaat masala and roll it up tight.
