Gajar Kanji Recipe

Main ingredients

Salt to taste

1 ½  tbsp Mustard Seeds Powder

125 gm Carrot

How to make

Boil 3 cups of water in a deep pan. Add carrot slices.

Stir and boil the carrot slices for some time. Then let them cool down a bit.

Add salt and mustard seeds powder. Mix well.

Pour the drink in a glass bottle, cover it properly with a cloth and keep it in the sun for 2-3 days.

Remove its covering after 2-3 days.

Pour the kanji in a glass.

Add some carrot slices in the kanji and serve.
