½ cup Sugar

½ cup Besan

½ cup Water

½ cup Ghee


In a pan, add sugar and water

Step 1

Let the sugar dissolve completely.

Step 2

Add besan and mix well. Make sure the besan is completely mixed in the syrup.

Step 3

 Add small quantities of ghee to the besan syrup at regular time intervals. Keep mixing the besan throughout this process.

Step 4

Take the Mysore Pak mixture off the flame and pour it into a greased container.

Step 5

Let it cool and set completely in the fridge.

Step 6

Cut the Mysore Pak into squares or any other desired shape.
