2 large tomatoes
10-12 garlic cloves
Salt, as per taste
1 teaspoon ghee or white butter
Garnish seasonings, optional (black pepper, herbs, etc.)

Step-1

Roast both tomatoes and 7-8 garlic cloves directly on the gas flame. Keep roasting until the tomato skins are nicely charred.
