Paneer momos are an absolute favourite but making them at home can be tricky. If you struggle with it, here are some tips to help you make them like a pro.

When making the dough for paneer momos, ensure you don't add too much water. Also, remember to set it aside for at least 30 minutes.

Always use fresh, good quality paneer when making paneer momos. The softer the paneer you use, the better your momos will taste.

You must season the filling generously, or else your momos will lack flavour. Opt for ginger, garlic, soy sauce, and green chillies.

To wrap the momos, roll out the dough evenly. Place a spoonful of the filling in the centre, then pleat and fold the edges.
Arrange the momos in a steamer and wait for at least 10 minutes. If you rush this process, your paneer momos may still be undercooked.
