It is important to use high-quality coffee beans to make a rich and delicious cold brew. Use your favourite medium or dark roast.

Grind your beans at a medium coarse consistency. Using finely ground coffee beans can make your cold brew gritty and muddy.

Steep for at least 10 to 12 hours. Straining too early can give you a weaker cup of coffee. Straining after 15 hours can make it bitter.

Do not drink the cold brew concentrate directly. Dilute it 50/50 with water, serve over ice or add your favourite milk.
