Illnesses and allergies are common during season change. Here are some Indian drinks made with seasonal fruits, veggies or herbs loaded with disease-fighting antioxidants.

Mint is rich in antioxidants, minerals and vitamin and is the perfect immunity booster. Blend dried mint with some curd and sugar if required, and the drink is ready.

Take kokum, fig, cumin seed powder and black salt in a jar. Blend it well and add a few tablespoons of this into a tall glass with chilled water.
Blend peeled papaya, mix with soaked garden cress seeds and serve fresh. The drink has a good dose of vitamin C and is good for a healthy gut.
