1. Pack Lunch In Thermos

Fill your thermos with hot stews, chilli or even pasta to keep the warmth intact. The thermos locks in heat, making your lunch seem freshly prepared.

2. Use Insulated Containers

Whether it's a stew or a curry, insulated containers maintain the temperature to ensure that your lunch is just as hot as when you packed it.

3. Hot Water Bottle

Position the hot water bottle at the bottom of your lunch box. Place your food container atop the bottle for an added layer of warmth.

Optimise the limited space in your lunch bag by separating hot and cold items. This ensures that the warmth of your hot dishes remains undisturbed.

The aluminium foil technique works every time. Wrap your food tightly in the foil and don't forget to fold the edges to trap the heat inside.
