Achaari lachha paratha is one of the most loved paratha varieties. If you wish to make it at home, just like it's served in restaurants, here's a recipe to help you achieve that.

Start by kneading a dough using atta, water, salt, and a little oil. Cover it and let it rest for 20-30 mins to achieve the perfect texture.

The next step is to pick the right achaar masala. While a store-bought option is convenient, it's better to make it from scratch.

Now, mix the achaar masala with oil to form a paste. Be sure not to add too much, or the taste may become overpowering.

Roll out a portion of the dough, spread the achaari paste evenly, and fold to create layers. Gently roll again to form a round paratha.

Place the rolled paratha on a preheated tawa. Cook on medium heat, flipping occasionally, until crispy. Brush with ghee and enjoy!
