An Easy Recipe To Make Perfect Paal Payasam

Ingredients:
50 gms rice
1 litre milk
5 gms cardamom powder
100 gms sugar
50 ml ghee
50 gms cashew nuts
25 gms raisins

1. Cook Rice

Wash and soak the rice for half an hour. Then cook it in milk.

2. Flavour The Rice

In the cooked milk rice, add cardamom powder, sugar and stir until the sugar is dissolved.

3. Tempering

Take another pan, heat ghee in it and add cashew nuts.

4. Saute Dry Fruits

When the cashew nuts are slightly golden, add the raisins and saute for a minute.

5. Garnish And Serve

Pour the sauteed cashews and raisins onto the rice mixture and enjoy it warm.
