Aam pora sharbat is a popular Bengali summer drink made with smoked raw mangoes. Here's an easy recipe to help you make it at home.

2 raw mangoes, 1/2 cup sugar, 1 tsp jeera powder, 1 tsp black salt, 2 cups chilled water, a handful of mint leaves, and ice cubes.

Place mangoes over a low flame and roast them until charred. Once done, remove them from the heat and allow them to cool.
Remove all the peels and scrape out the pulp into a blender. Add sugar, mint leaves, jeera powder, black salt, and blend until smooth.
Transfer the mixture to a jug, add chilled water, and give it a nice stir.

Serve it in a glass filled with ice cubes and garnish with some more mint leaves on top.
