This refreshing Bengali summer drink is made using green tender coconut and helps protect from the heatwave. Try this Daab Sharbat recipe when the temperatures refuse to chill.

1 tender coconut
1-1.5 tbsp lemon juice, depending on the amount of water
Sugar, as per taste
A pinch of saltIce cubes, to garnish

Crack open the coconut and pour all the water into a glass. That is your base.

Scoop out the soft coconut meat, chop it up roughly, and keep it aside for later.

Now mix sugar, salt, and lemon juice into the coconut water. Stir it properly so the flavours blend well.
