A simple, flavourful chaat made with crisp bread, yoghurt and chutneys for a refreshing and fuss-free snack.
Bread
3 tbsp yoghurt
1 tbsp green chutney
1 tbsp imli chutney
1/4 tsp red chilli powder
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp chaat masala
Salt as per taste

Cut five to six slices of bread into small bite-sized pieces.

Bake or pan fry the bread pieces until they turn crisp and golden.
Let the crisp bread cool to room temperature, then place it in a bowl.

Add yoghurt, green chutney, imli chutney, boiled potatoes and boiled chana. Mix well.

Sprinkle pepper, red chilli powder, chaat masala and salt, then combine again.

Top with pomegranate and sev or bhujia before serving.
