Give a healthier twist to your favourite chicken momos by making these at home. These delicious steamed momos are prepared using whole wheat instead of refined flour. Let's get started!

2 cups wheat flour, 2 tbsp oil, 1 cup minced chicken, 1 cup onion, 1 tbsp ginger, 1/2 cup coriander leaves, 2 tbsp butter, salt (to taste)

In a bowl add the chicken, onions, ginger, coriander leaves, and butter. Mix all the ingredients using your hands. Add salt to taste and let it rest for 15 minutes.

Mix wheat flour, a pinch of salt, oil, and water to make a dough. Knead to make a hard dough and set it aside.

Make tiny balls out of the dough and roll them out. Place a spoonful of filling in the middle, gather all the sides together, and pinch to shape the momos.

Grease the steaming plates with oil and let the momos steam for 20-30 minutes.

Check if the outer dough is cooked. Serve hot with spicy momos chutney. Enjoy your healthier homemade chicken wheat momos!
