Craving something spicy and full of flavour? Try this easy chilli garlic paneer recipe that brings serious heat and tastes amazing with pudina chutney.

You do not need a ton of prep either—just simple ingredients and bold taste.

200 gm Paneer
2 Green chillies
2 tsp Chilli garlic paste
2 tbsp Virgin olive oil
8 Garlic cloves
1/4 cup Yogurt (curd)
1 tsp Amchur powder
1 tsp Red chilli powder
to taste Salt

Coat the paneer cubes with yoghurt, garam masala, amchur powder, red chilli powder and salt. Let the marinade soak in the flavours for best results.

Heat oil in a kadhai, then toss in the chilli garlic paste, green chillies and chopped garlic. Cook it all till the smell makes you hungry.
