1 cup Atta
1 tsp Oil
1/2 cup Beetroot, grated
Salt as per taste
1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder
1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
Take grated beetroot in a bowl. To this, add salt, black pepper and red chilli. Mix it all well and keep aside.
In a bowl, add atta, salt, oil and water. Prepare a soft yet firm dough.
Take a small portion of the dough. Sprinkle flour on it and roughly roll it out.
Fill a generous amount of the beetroot filling in the middle and seal the dough from all edges.
Flatten out the dough once again. On a heated Tawa, place the Paratha and let it cook from both sides with the help of ghee. Roast till well-done.
Serve the Beetroot Paratha with butter or ghee.
