1 Onion
250 gm Boneless Chicken
¼ cup Tomato Puree
1 tsp Butter
¼ cup Cream
½ tsp Kasoori Methi
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
½ tsp Turmeric Powder
½ tsp Cumin Powder
Salt as per taste
1 tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
1/2 cup Gur
1 tsp Garlic
1 tsp Ginger
1 Green Chilli
1 tsp Coriander Leaves
1 tsp Garam Masala
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
1/2 cup Gur
Boil water in a pan. Add onion, garlic, ginger and green chilli. Boil for 5 minutes and grind.
Heat oil and add cumin seeds, ginger-garlic paste and onion paste. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add tomato puree, garam masala, cumin powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, kasoori methi and salt.
Add chicken to the masala mixture. Then add water, cover and cook for 10-15 minutes.
Add butter, cream and mix well.
Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve hot.
