Combine the atta, spinach puree, salt, and garam masala in a large bowl. Gradually add the water and mix until a soft dough forms.

Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic. Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for 30 minutes.

Divide the dough into 6-8 equal portions and shape each portion into a ball.

Roll out each ball of dough into a thin circle, about 6-7 inches in diameter.

Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Place a paratha on the pan and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side, until it's crispy. Serve hot!
