Ingredients:

1-2 cups penne pasta, 2 tbsp oil, Half cup cashews, 3 garlic cloves, chopped, 3 dried red chillies, 1 onion, chopped, 2 tomatoes, 2 tsp butter, 1 tsp red chilli powder

1 tsp garam masala, 2 tsp butter, 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp garam masala, Half tsp turmeric, Handful of fresh coriander leaves, Salt to taste, Water

Step-1

Boil the pasta. In a pan, heat butter and add red chilli powder, garam masala, and salt. Sauté for a minute.

Add the pasta and a little bit of pasta water (don't use all of it).

Pour in half a cup of pasta sauce and mix well.
