2 tbsp Mint Chutney
1 tbsp Spring Onion
2 tbsp Onion
2 tbsp Tamarind Chutney
2 Potatoes, boiled & cubed
1 tsp Lemon Juice
Salt as per taste
A pinch of Chaat Masala
1 Green Chilli
1 tbsp Coriander Leaves
Fry the boiled potatoes till crispy.
Transfer the fried potatoes to a bowl. Add onion, green chillies and coriander leaves.
Add mint chutney, tamarind chutney and lemon juice.
Add chaat masala, salt and spring onion.
Mix everything thoroughly.
Transfer to a serving bowl and serve.
