A famous Indian dessert, boondi ladoo is usually made at festivals or at weddings. This sinfully delicious ladoo can be made for Diwali 2022 celebrations.
1 tsp Ghee
6-7 Cashews
Water as required
½ cup Besan
½ cup Sugar
A pinch of Cardamom Powder
BESAN
Prepare a thin batter with besan and water.
STEP 1
Heat oil in a pan. Put a strainer on top of the pan and pour the batter. Drain boondis in the oil and fry till golden. Then leave it aside.
STEP 2
Prepare sugar syrup by boiling sugar and water.
STEP 3
Add cardamom powder, boondis, ghee and cashews. Mix well and leave it aside for 30 minutes.
STEP 4
Take the mixture in your greased hands and form a ladoos with it.

Serve the ladoos or store them in an airtight container.
