150 gm Boneless Fish

½ tsp Red Chilli Powder

¼ tsp Chaat Masala

½ tsp Cumin Powder

½ cup Besan


Salt as per taste

½ tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste

¼ tsp Baking Soda

½ tsp Lemon Juice

¼ tsp Turmeric Powder

Take fish in a bowl and add salt, lemon juice and mix well. Marinate for 30 minutes.

Step 1

In a bowl, add besan, ginger-garlic paste, chaat masala, cumin powder, salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and baking soda.

Step 2

Mix everything well. Add water to make a smooth batter.

Step 3

Coat the marinated fish with the batter.

Step 4

Fry the fish pieces till golden brown. 

Step 5

Serve hot with any chutney of your choice.
