¼ cup Onion
¼ cup Moong Dal, soaked
¼ cup Cucumber
Salt as per taste
¼ cup Tomato
1 tsp Lemon Juice
½ tsp Chaat Masala
1 tbsp Coriander Leaves
1 tbsp Sev
1 Green Chilli
1/2 cup Gur
1/2 cup Gur
Boil moong dal in a cup of water till soft. Strain water and let the dal cool down to room temperature.
In a bowl, add dal, onion, tomato and cucumber.
Then, add green chilli and mix well.
Add salt and chaat masala.
Pour lemon juice and mix everything well.
Garnish with coriander leaves and sev.
