Main Ingredients

12 Biscuits
3 Mangoes
400 gm Cream Cheese
1 cup Powdered Sugar

OTHER Ingredients

1/2 cup Butter, melted
1 tbsp Gelatin

Crush the biscuits using a rolling pin till they turn into fine crumbs.

How To Make
No-Bake Mango Cheesecake

Step 1

Add melted butter to biscuit crumbs and mix with a spatula or hand.

Step 2

Spread the mixture at the bottom of a 7-inch dish. Press with finger tips to ensure it's packed tightly. Refrigerate for 30 mins.

Pour cream cheese in a bowl. Add mango puree and powdered sugar, and whisk the mixture with an electric beater.

Step 5

Add gelatin and beat again till you get a thick and creamy paste.

Step 6

Pour the mango cream cheese puree over the biscuit crumbs and spread evenly. Refrigerate for two hours.

Step 7

Top the cheesecake with mango cubes. Cut the cake into equal parts and serve.
