1 Potato, boiled
1 tbsp Cashewnuts
1 tbsp Peanuts
1 tbsp Tamarind Chutney
½ cup Sabudana, soaked
1 tbsp Coriander Leaves
¼ tsp Red Chilli Powder
½ tsp Chaat Masala
1 tbsp Sendha Namak
Dry roast peanuts and cashewnuts till brown.
Cook sabudana till soft and transparent.
Take the cooked sabudana in a bowl and add boiled potato, roasted cashewnuts, roasted peanuts and coriander leaves.
Add sendha namak, red chilli powder, chaat masala and tamarind chutney.
Mix everything well.
Transfer to a serving plate and garnish with coriander leaves.
