½ cup Maida
1 Egg
½ cup Bread Crumbs
½ cup Curd
100 gm Boneless Chicken
½ tsp Aamchoor Powder
Salt as per taste
½ tsp Cumin Powder
1 tsp Kasoori Methi
1 tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
½ tsp Mustard Oil
½ tsp Coriander Powder
½ tsp Turmeric Powder
½ tsp Garam Masala
½ tsp Red Chilli Powder
Create a marinade with mustard oil, red chilli powder, curd, coriander powder, salt, amchoor powder, cumin powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, kasoori methi and ginger-garlic paste.
Add the marinade to the chicken and keep it for 1 hour.
Next, coat each piece of marinated chicken in maida, dip it in egg and then coat it with bread crumbs.
Deep fry the chicken pieces in hot oil till they are golden crisp.
The tandoori chicken popcorn is ready! Serve hot with any sauce or dip of your choice.
