1. Get The Batter Right

Your masala dosa batter should be neither too thick nor too thin. Aim for a medium, pourable consistency for the best results.

2. Do Not Overfill Dosa

Overfilling the dosa with stuffing can cause it to crack in the centre. To avoid this, add only as much filling as needed.

3. Use A Non-Stick Tawa

Always use a non-stick tawa when making masala dosa. This will prevent the dosa batter from sticking to the pan.

4. Cook On The Right Flame

You must cook your dosa on a low-medium flame. Cooking on a high flame can result in overcooking and spoilt texture.

5. Use Ghee

Don't forget to drizzle ghee while making your dosa. This will make it extra crispy and give it a delicious, rich flavour.
