Custard is a delightful summer dessert that appeals to all age groups. This mixed fruit custard requires minimal cooking time & a few ingredients. Follow this recipe to make it at home.

1 bowl of milk
1 tbsp custard powder
2 tsp brown sugar
Water
½ apple, chopped
1 small banana, chopped
10–12 grapes, chopped

Boil the milk in a deep pan. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine the custard powder and brown sugar.

Add a little water to the bowl and mix well to form a smooth paste.

Gradually add the mixture to the boiling milk while stirring continuously to prevent lumps from forming. Whisk thoroughly.

Once the custard thickens, remove it from heat and let it cool slightly. Then, add the chopped apple, banana, and grapes.

Your delicious fruit custard is ready to be served! For a chilled version, refrigerate it for some time before serving.
