1 litre Full Cream Milk
1/4 tsp Curd
2-3 Ice Cubes
Boil milk. Let it cool down and collect malai. Repeat this process for 3-4 days.
Add curd to the malai. Keep it aside for 3-4 hours.
Blend the malai with ice cubes for 2-3 minutes. When the butter starts floating on top, skim it and leave the liquid.
