1 cup Carrot
½ tsp Cumin Seeds
1 tsp Lemon Juice
2 tbsp Spring Onion
1 cup Onion
1 tsp Ginger
½ tsp Black Pepper Powder
Salt to taste
1 tsp Garlic
Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds, ginger and garlic.
Add onion, carrot and spring onion.
Cover and cook till carrot is soft. Then, let it cool and grind.
In a pan, add carrot paste and water. Let it simmer.
Add salt, black pepper powder and lemon juice.
Garnish with spring onion. Serve hot.
