Lassi is a summer favourite, known for its refreshing and cooling effect. Traditionally, it is made with curd, sugar, and ice, but there are many delicious variations to try.

This creamy lassi combines yoghurt, banana, walnuts, and honey to create a healthy and energising drink. It is perfect for summer and also works well for Navratri fasting.

1 cup low-fat yoghurt
½ banana
3-4 walnuts (or add Brazil nuts, hazelnuts, almonds, & pine nuts)
1 tsp seeds (a mix of flax seeds & sesame seeds)
1-2 teaspoons honey

In a food processor, add yoghurt, sesame seeds, walnuts, honey, and banana.

Blend everything until smooth and creamy.
