- 1 cup red lentils (soaked overnight)
- 1-inch ginger, 1 green chilli
- ½ tsp cumin seeds, salt, and pepper
- ½ bowl hung curd
- Tortillas

- 1 cup mixed bell peppers
- ½ cup mushrooms, ½ cup beans
- ¼ cup carrot, 4-5 garlic cloves
- 1 tsp butter, chaat masala, or lemon juice

Grind the soaked lentils with ginger, chilli, cumin, salt, and pepper into a smooth batter. Add water until it reaches a dosa-like consistency. This will be your protein-packed wrap base!

Heat butter in a pan and sauté the chopped garlic. Add bell peppers, mushrooms, beans, and carrot one by one. Season with salt and pepper, then cook until tender.

On a non-stick tava, pour 2 tablespoons of lentil batter. Spread evenly and cook on both sides until golden. This forms a soft, nutritious, and protein-rich tortilla!

Spread hung curd over the wrap, add the sautéed veggies, and sprinkle chaat masala or lemon juice. Roll it up, wrap it tight, and enjoy this healthy, guilt-free delight!
