200 gm Moong Dal
¼ cup Paneer, crumbled
Salt as per taste
¼ tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste

1 tbsp Onion, chopped
2 Green Chillies
1 tsp Cashewnuts
1 tsp Capsicum
1 tsp Cabbage

Step 1

Soak moong dal in water overnight. 

Step 2

Combine ginger, garlic, green chillies, salt, turmeric and soaked dal. Grind to make smooth paste. 

Step 3

Add paneer, chopped onion, cabbage, capsicum and cashewnuts to the dal batter and mix well. 

Step 4

Heat a non-stick pan and pour the batter in circular motion. 

Step 5

Pour some oil on the sides. Flip and cook on the other side for few minutes.

Step 6

Serve hot with green chutney.
