HING AUR JEERE KE ALOO

Ingredients

1 tsp Coriander Leaves

1 tsp Lemon Juice

1 Tomato

3 Boiled Potatoes

Salt as per taste

 ½ tsp Red Chilli Powder

1 tsp Coriander Powder

Ingredients

1 tsp Ginger

1 Green Chilli

 ½ tsp Cumin Seeds

 ½ tsp Cumin Powder

¼ tsp Hing

 ½ tsp Turmeric Powder

Step 1

Grind together tomato, ginger and green chilli.

Step 2

Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds, hing and tomato paste. Saute for a minute.

Step 3

Add cumin powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and coriander powder. Saute for 2 mins.

Step 4

Add boiled potatoes and salt, and cook for 5-6 minutes.

Step 5

Add lemon juice and saute for a minute.

Step 6

Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve hot.
