1. Ventilation

Make sure that your kitchen has proper ventilation. Use exhaust fans while cooking to release steam and humidity. Open windows and doors to let in fresh air.

2. Keep Cabinets Closed

Always keep cabinets and drawers closed when not in use to prevent moisture from entering. Line the shelves with paper to keep pantry items dry.

3. Don't Leave Eatables Out

Keep perishable items like grains, spices, etc. in airtight containers. Don't leave fruits and veggies out to prevent them from getting spoiled.

4. Use Moisture Absorbers

Place moisture absorbers like silica gel packets in your pantry and cabinets. These absorb excess moisture and keep the place dry.

5. Wipe Surfaces

Keep kitchen countertops and other surfaces dry by wiping them regularly. Clean up spills immediately to prevent them from adding to humidity.
